Diabetes Panel

AED 280

A diabetes screening panel checking fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, and urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio.

What This Panel Checks

This panel includes three tests: fasting blood glucose to assess current blood sugar levels, HbA1c to evaluate average blood glucose over the past 2–3 months, and the urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio to help assess kidney health.

Who Is This Panel For?

May be relevant if you have risk factors for diabetes, a family history of the condition, or want to monitor blood sugar control as part of routine health screening.

Included Tests

Glucose - Fasting
HbA1c
Microalbumin / Creatinine Ratio - Urine

Preparation

For fasting glucose, avoid food and caloric drinks for 8–10 hours before the blood test. Plain water is allowed. HbA1c does not require fasting. Please confirm urine sample collection instructions when booking.

Sample Type

Venous blood draw, plus a random urine sample.

Result Turnaround

Results are typically ready within 24 hours.

Medical Note

This panel is designed to support evaluation and is not a diagnosis. Results should always be discussed with a doctor who can take your full medical history into account.
